Join the team

We are looking for people who want to keep the game fair, help the community and grow with the project. We need discipline, responsibility and transparency.

18+18+ only. No exceptions.

💬

Moderator

Order in communication: the site chat and Discord (text and voice), helping members, keeping the chat rules.

✦18 years or older
✦Know the Discord and site rules and the staff code well
✦Active and able to talk calmly with people

🦖

Administrator

Order in the game: tickets and appeals, stopping rule breaks (mixpacking, overpacking, combat logging), helping players on the server.

✦18 years or older
✦Everything a moderator needs
✦A full understanding of the ECSTASY game rules
✦At least 48 hours on our server — to know its mechanics and pace
✦At least 100 hours in The Isle: Evrima overall

🎥

Streamer

Stream The Isle on Twitch or YouTube — the site finds your live stream by itself and shows it to every player.

✦A link to your Twitch or YouTube channel
✦Any number of followers — size doesn't matter
🎁Regular promo codes for your viewers
🎁A place in the site's catalog of live streams

⭐Staff experience on other servers or projects is a big plus.

🔒Senior roles (senior moderator, senior administrator) are never applied for — they are given from inside, once trust is earned.

🎁Job bonus: a senior moderator gets VIP, an administrator gets GOLD — while in the role.

How it goes

1You send the application here — it goes straight to the owner
2The owner reads it and, if it fits, invites you to a talk in Discord
3A trial period: you work under the eye of senior staff
4Every action of the team is logged, and the log is hash-chained
