🚀 Getting started
+How do I start playing on the server?
Find ECSTASY in the The Isle: Evrima server list (or use the link in our Discord) and join. Then sign in on this site with Steam — that is how the site knows you in the game.
+Why sign in with Steam?
Steam links your site account to your character in the game. Storage, ECoins for playing, quests, level and achievements only count for a linked SteamID. Without it you can read the site, but not play its games or take rewards.
+Where are the server rules?
On the rules page: game rules, chat rules and the staff code. Every punishment needs evidence — this protects you from mistakes.
🦖 The game
+What is the storage and how do I save a dino?
The storage keeps your dinos. In the game stand still and healthy, start saving on the site and wait for the countdown — the dino goes into storage. Later you take it out onto a dino of yours that is at most half grown.
+Can I buy a dino or growth for money?
No, never. Dinos, growth and power are not sold for real money — that is a server rule. Rubies only buy memberships, skins and cosmetics.
💎 ECoins and rubies
+What is the difference between ECoins and rubies?
ECoins are earned by playing: time on the server, kills, the daily bonus, quests, collections. They go to the site games (crates, wheel, cards, bets) and more.
Rubies are the support currency (and a few come from quests, ranks and the pass). They buy memberships, skins and cosmetics. Rubies never turn into ECoins.
+What do VIP, GOLD and RUBIN give?
Comfort and style, never power: more storage and mutation slots, an ECoin bonus, extra wheel spins, skin shop discounts, DinoPass premium and a badge next to your name. Details are on the memberships page.
+What is DinoPass?
A season pass: your playing XP and season challenges open tiers with rewards. The free track is for everyone (now and then even a few rubies), premium adds cosmetics and skins. See DinoPass.

+How do I change my avatar and profile banner?
In the account → Profile. Ready banners are free; your own avatar and banner open once for rubies or come free with a membership.
+What are achievements and titles?
Achievements are things you did on the island and on the site. Each one gives a title for your name. Some are hidden — nobody will tell you what they are.
+How do I protect my account?
Turn on two-factor login in the account → Sign-in & security, and check the list of sessions there. Staff will never ask for your password or codes.
🛟 Help and rules
+I lost a dino to a bug or a cheater. Can I get it back?
Open a ticket «Compensation», pick the death from the list and attach a video or screenshot. The team checks it and can give the dino back.
+I found a bug. What now?
Open a «Bug» ticket: what happened, what you expected and how to repeat it. A bug the team accepts pays 5 to 100 rubies, depending on how serious it is.
+How do I report a player?
Through a «Complaint» ticket with a video or screenshots. Without evidence nobody is punished — that is the same rule for everyone.
+I think I was punished unfairly.
In the account → Record you see every punishment and can ask for its evidence once. To appeal, open a ticket «Appeal» — a senior team member looks at it.

+How do I join the team?
When recruitment is open, apply on the recruitment page: moderator or administrator, 18+ only. Senior roles are never applied for — they are given from inside, after trust is earned.

+Who is Sparky?
Officially: a neon spark that runs along the edges of the cards. Unofficially… nobody knows. It showed up in the server logs by itself, at 3:33 at night, and has refused to explain where from ever since.
What we do know: it purrs when the cursor rests on it quietly, hates being poked, falls asleep when the site is boring and always notices news first. They say whoever catches it gets something to remember. They also say Sparky can count — but won't say what.
+Is Sparky dangerous?
No. Although… once it ran around the card with the latest death on the server, and a minute later there was another one. A coincidence? Probably.
+Why doesn't Sparky go into the account or the staff cabinet?
It respects personal space. And it keeps away from the staff cabinet: too many logs there, and Sparky does not like being written down.
